Manufacturer's Warranty

The Great Stock Company is an official stockiest of all our brands. Each brand we carry has its own specified warranty period, detailed in the product information on our website. Additionally, we provide a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty for all products.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items typically are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, including stones/crystals, bracelets, batteries, lenses, and straps. Our warranty and those offered by manufacturers do not cover:

Any adjustments such as bracelet resizing or engravings made to personalize your product(s)
Damage due to normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents

Purchase Contract

The steps required to create a contract between you and Us are as follows:

You place the Order for your Product(s) on the website, We will confirm acceptance of your Order by Us sending you an email to the email address you have provided to Us. At this point the Purchase Contract will be made, and We will supply the goods in accordance with your Order and the Terms and Conditions.

Shopping with us could not be any easier, after having decided what you want to purchase please click the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button'. You will now be taken to your personal Shopping Cart at which point you have the option to log in (if you have not done so already) or register for an account with Us. Once you have logged in (or created an account), you can either continue shopping, or you can process your order

You confirm that the credit or debit card that you use for payment is yours, and that you are over 18 years old. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to Us, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Promotional Codes Terms and Conditions

Promo codes are exclusively for use on our website. Promo codes have no cash redemption value If a code is specific to a certain item it can only be redeemed against that item. If a code is specific to a particular item, range or manufacturer the code will only be eligible whilst stocks last. Only one promo code can be used per order. Promo codes do not apply to sale items. Promo codes cannot be redeemed against purchases already made. Promo codes cannot be applied to Finance purchases Promo codes cannot be applied to price match requests.
